Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between mesh and compressor nebulizers?

The primary difference lies in how they generate mist: compressor nebulizers use forced compressed air to convert liquid medication into an aerosol, while mesh nebulizers use a rapidly vibrating membrane with microscopic holes to push the medication through, creating an ultrafine mist.

Is this nebulizer suitable for both adults and children?

Yes, our every nebulizer comes complete with both adult and child-sized masks, making it suitable for the whole family.

How long does shipping take in the US?

Standard domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 1 to 5 business days for the contiguous US, while deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or offshore territories generally take 3 to 7 business days.

What is included in the package?

The package includes everything needed for full family use:

  • Nebulizer Machine: Main compressor or portable mesh unit.
  • Adult Face Mask: Sized for grown-ups and older teens.
  • Child Face Mask: Sized for toddlers and young children.
  • Medication Cup: Liquid chamber where medicine is placed.
  • Mouthpiece: Alternative inhalation option for older users.
  • Air Tubing: (only for the compressor nebulizers) Connects the machine to the medicine cup.
  • Replacement Filters: (only for the compressor nebulizers) Keeps the pumped air clean and pure.
  • User Manual: Setup instructions and step-by-step cleaning guide.
How do I clean and maintain the nebulizer?

Proper cleaning prevents germ growth and stops medicine from clogging the machine.

After Every Use (Quick Clean)

  • Wash: Disconnect the mask/mouthpiece and medicine cup. Rinse them under warm running water.
  • Air Dry: Shake off excess water. Place the parts on a clean, lint-free towel to air dry completely.
  • Wipe: Wipe the outside of the main machine with a damp cloth if needed.

Once a Week (Deep Disinfect)

  • Soak: Soak the mask, mouthpiece, and medicine cup in a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 3 parts hot water for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse: Rinse the parts thoroughly with sterile or distilled water to remove vinegar residue.
  • Dry: Let all pieces air dry fully before storing them away.

Critical Safety Rules (only for compressor nebulizers)

  • Never Wash Tubing: Do not submerge or rinse the long air tubing. If moisture gets inside, run the machine for 2 minutes to blow it dry.
  • Check Filters: Inspect the machine's air filter monthly. Replace it immediately if it looks grey, dirty, or wet.
  • No Dishwashers: Avoid putting the plastic parts in a dishwasher or boiling water unless the manual explicitly states it is safe.
